The Archers get it wrong about SEO


This weeks Archers started with some Reputation Management issues. The negative sentiment stories in the Echo are ranking 2nd and 3rd for the farms name!

Luckily for them they didn’t need the sometimes costly input of an agency, however they still have their facts wrong.  “…after all the hits we put in…” was the original quote. Then they go on to say that the agency they would need to do the work would “maximise the hits”…

Let’s get the record straight for the farming community: no matter how many times you click on your link yourself it won’t have a direct impact on your website’s rankings for other people!

Just thought I’d get that off my chest and out in the open.

Any farmers who do want SEO should of course contact me 😉
