Brian Solis on Social Media and the SME

I’ve watched this Brian Solis video a couple of times as it’s a good one for beating SME’s into submission when it comes to doing Social Media.

He’s also a stat-meister. Here are some of the best case studies he cites:

Coffee Groundz – tweet ups to make the community part of the brand;
